Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Domestic (USA): 3–5 business days
- Canada & Mexico: 5–8 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, contact support@buyvaro.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange replacement or refund where appropriate.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, email support@buyvaro.com with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Final-sale items, custom or personalized orders, and digital assets (including premium domains) are non-returnable.
