1. Acceptance
By accessing or using buyvaro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. The Operator
Buyvaro.com is owned and operated by NEXYRA LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA.
3. Orders & Payment
Prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of order. An order is only confirmed once payment has cleared. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, mispriced, or in violation of these terms.
4. Shipping & Returns
Our Shipping Policy governs all delivery and return terms. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
5. Domain Brokerage
Domain sales are handled separately from physical product sales. Inquiries are non-binding until a written offer is accepted by both parties. Transfers are completed via Escrow.com or Dan.com. Domain sales are final — non-refundable once transferred.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on buyvaro.com — including logos, text, images, and the Buyvaro name — is the property of NEXYRA LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe on any intellectual property rights; (c) transmit viruses or malicious code; (d) interfere with site functionality; or (e) collect data from other users without consent.
8. Disclaimers
The site and all products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, except as required by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the site will meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXYRA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
